These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of ebooks sold on wisemitra.com ("WiseMitra", "we", "us"), operated by Chittaranjan Ghoshal. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
WiseMitra sells digital ebooks (PDF format) for personal reading. We do not sell physical books, and no physical item is ever shipped.
To buy a book, you provide your name (optional), email address, and mobile number, and complete payment through our payment partner, Razorpay. A valid email address is required — your download link and receipt are sent there.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; WiseMitra does not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
On successful payment, your ebook is delivered instantly as a secure download link, and the same link is emailed to you as a backup. The link allows a limited number of re-downloads so you don't lose access if you misplace the file — it is not meant for indefinite public access.
When you buy a book, you get a personal, non-transferable license to read it for your own use. You may not:
Each copy sold is digitally marked with the buyer's name and email on the first page for this reason. Sharing a purchased copy publicly is a breach of these Terms and may result in your access being revoked.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
